One of our primary objectives as a Buying Agent is to assure that the product purchased and released for shipment conforms to the Customer’s requirement. Our standard procedure is generally AQL 4 – although some Customer Programs require AQL 2.5. Our aim is to create an error free Quality Assurance.

We believe that quality begins with the writing of the order and the fabric selected.

We have extensive Quality Assurance procedures in place:
We work only with vendors who are factory evaluated
We work only with vendors who own PRODUCT DEDICATED FACTORIES
It is mandatory for vendors to lab test bulk fabric and provides lab test reports.
We insist on Pre-Production meetings before bulk production
We insist on trial runs prior to bulk production
It is mandatory for our QA staff to conduct a minimum of 3 on line and a Final Inspection per style and P.O.

Every Factory is evaluated by our technician:
To evaluate capacity and capability.
To check environmental control and adherence to labor laws.
